Jesus is quoted in Luke 8 saying, “Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear.” God has given you all the equipment you need to hear him, but how do you know when God is speaking to you? How can you tell if the message you’re receiving is genuine? God still wants to speak to each of His children and that when we understand how God speaks and how to tell the difference between God’s voice and any other, we open up a whole new relationship with Him.
The fist step in hearing God’s voice is preparing ourselves to listen. In this message, we will get into the Parable of the Soils from Luke 8 and look at four specific ways that we can ensure we are ready to hear from God. It’s easy listening for His voice when we align with God’s Word.
